2. Map #013-031-000 and #007-125-000: 73 & 75 Lafayette Road, Irving Oil .Voluntary Lot Merger per previously approved site plan.
3. Map#021-014-000: 20, 22 & 24, Lafayette Terrace, Merrill Trust, Lot Line Adjustment
4. Map#001-136-001 and Map #005-008-000: Willow Avenue, Stephen and Nancy Wood, Lot Line Adjustment.

2. Map #017-108-000: 22 North Road, Richard Luff - Site Plan Review continued for expansion of limited practice facility to include year round driving range, expanded grass tee practice area, a teaching tee, 3 holes of short game conditions, new clubhouse and storage structures and a new miniature golf complex and 113 parking spaces.
